Social Circle Redskins — football (GHSA Class 2A, Region 4) and wrestling. Schedules are tentative and subject to change.
18 team state titles across 34 seasons: the 2016 Michigan Division 1 crown at Hartland plus 17 GHSA titles at Social Circle. Built in AA, back in AA — first SC title 2015 (35–31 AA duals over Bremen); five straight AA traditional titles 2015–2019. The 2026–27 move back to AA is a homecoming. Four of six 2026 finalists return — Gable Hargrove SR, Cohen Hargrove SR, James Sievers SR, and Walker Woodard SO.
Social Circle is the 2A favorite: a 64-point exact floor with 150–165 of last year's 212.5 projected to return. Commerce (37-point floor, all seven placers back) is the chaser. Title math: bank bonus points 113–144, prevent a sweep 165–285. Projections, not predictions.
Team titles #19 and #20 — a fifth straight duals crown and fifth straight traditional crown. Sievers' four-timer chase: a senior title puts the three-time champion in the four-title club. Prater's ~20th season on the bench.
James Sievers → North Dakota State (verified; NCAA Division I, Pac-12 wrestling affiliate for 2026–27). No public commitment yet for Gable or Cohen Hargrove; sophomore Walker Woodard is early in the recruiting cycle.
